Karla was forced by a 23-year-old man to serve at least 30 customers every day, for a span of 4 years before he was finally rescued by the police in 2008.
After Karla falls into the hands of traffickers in Mexico, a woman predicts that Karla has been forced and raped 43,200 times in the span of 4 years.
When Karla told her sad story to CNN, he hopes to raise awareness among Law Enforcers against the terrible Trafficking in Humans, which destroys a girl's life and future.
Karla also said that as a child she always felt ostracized by her mother, besides that she had also experienced sexual harassment by her relatives when she was 5 years old.
"I come from a dysfunctional family. I was sexually abused and also frequently abused from the age of five by a relative," she told CNN.

Karla Jacinto may have survived human trafficking, now she is sharing her heartbreaking story to raise awareness of the evil trade that has destroyed the lives of thousands of girls around the world.
Karla Jacinto, who was rescued when she was 16, estimates that she has been raped 43,200 times in the span of 4 years.
Karla said the first time she was forced to become a prostitute, at that time she was in an underground station while waiting for her friends.
Next he was approached by a man and persuaded Karla to come with him, the man who was older than Karla claimed to be a used car seller.
Because of Karla's interest in the man, then they exchanged phone numbers, and the next day they promised to meet, the man then picked up Karla at his house by car.
"When I saw his car I couldn't believe it. I was so impressed with the big car. It was very interesting to me. Then he asked me to get in his car and go places," he told CNN.
The man who was 22 years old at the time, quickly convinced Karla, and Karla finally left with him.
"I lived with him for three months, during which he treated me very well," she told CNN.
"He loves me, he buys me clothes, gives me attention, buys me shoes, flowers, chocolates and everything beautiful."
The man explained that his cousin would show up to his apartment with new girls every week, Karla was confused about what the man's business really was..
The man said his cousin was a 'pimp'.
"A few days later he started telling me everything I had to do, the positions, how much I had to master, the things I had to do with the client and for how long, how I should treat them and how I should talk to them so they would give me more. a lot of money," Karla told CNN.
The first time Karla worked as a prostitute was in the city of Guadalajara, one of the largest cities in Mexico.
"I started work at 10 pm and finished at midnight. We were in Guadalajara for a week, and served 30 customers a day," he told CNN.
"Some of the customers laughed at me because I was crying. I had to close my eyes so I wouldn't see what they were doing to me, so I wouldn't feel a thing."
He added that he was sent to a number of towns, brothels, roadside motels, homes and streets known for prostitution.
After her first few days working as a prostitute, Karla is forced to serve at least 30 customers per day, and seven days a week.
In one instance, Karla was attacked by a man who had asked her to become a prostitute:
"He started beating me with chains all over my body. He hit me with his fists, he kicked me, grabbed my hair, spat in my face, and that day was when he also burned me with a hot iron," he told CNN.
“I told him I wanted to leave him, and he accused me of falling in love with another customer. He said I liked being a prostitute.”
In another example, he claims that once about 30 police officers showed up at a hotel known as a prostitution area and then the police kicked out all the customers.
Karla thought she was going to be rescued, but she didn't, until officers took the girls in several rooms where they were reported to have filmed their lewd videos.
Karla, who was 13 years old at the time, claimed that they were told that the video would be sent to their family if they did not do what the Police asked.
"I thought they were disgusting. They knew we were minors. We weren't even saved," he told CNN.
"We have sad faces. There is a girl who is only ten years old. There is a girl who is crying."
"They told officers they were minors and no one was paying attention."
Karla was pregnant and then gave birth at the age of 15 years, Karla said that the baby was taken by
Pimp who took care of her, and she was not allowed to see her daughter again until the baby was more than a year old.
In 2008, Karla Jacinto was finally rescued in an anti-trafficking operation in Mexico City, when she was 16.
Now 23 years old, Karla has become an advocate against human trafficking and has shared her life story at public events as well as conferences.

According to CNN, parts of his story have been verified by senior officials at Road to Home, a shelter where he lived for a year after being rescued.
US and Mexican officials say Tenancingo, a city in central Mexico, is a major source of trafficking rings. This is known as a place where victims are taken, and eventually forced into prostitution.
